Consistent quality on alarm kit

This is my third purchase from Maisonic, this time for an alarme maison sans fil kit. Like previous orders (a gate motor and a smart plug), everything arrived as described and on time. Their product descriptions are always accurate, which I appreciate. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting. The alarm system was straightforward to install, no surprises there. Always reliable for home automation stuff.

Good security camera

Bought a caméra de surveillance wifi. Works well. Setup was easy. Clear picture. No issues.

Decent intercom, slow shipping

The interphone I ordered works fine, sound quality is clear, and installation was manageable. However, the delivery took a bit longer than I expected, almost a full week, even though it was in stock. The packaging was good, though, everything arrived undamaged. Overall, a solid product, but shipping could be quicker.

Great value on the visiophone

I was looking for a good deal on a visiophone for a while. Found one on Maisonic during their French Days sale, saved about 20%. The discount made it really competitive compared to other sites. It was worth waiting for the sale to get a better price. Feels like I got a good product for what I paid.

Gate motorization kit arrived fast

I ordered a motorisation de portail kit last week, and it got here super quick, like two days earlier than the tracking said. Installation was pretty straightforward, even for me. The instructions were clear enough. My gate works perfectly now. Definitely happy with it.

Detailed review for a thermostat

I purchased a thermostat connecté from Maisonic. The ordering process online was smooth, easy to navigate the categories and find what I needed. Shipping took about 5 business days, which was within their estimated timeframe. It came well-packaged, no damage to the box or the product itself. Installation required a bit of wiring, but the included manual had decent diagrams. Once set up, linking it to the app was simple and it's been working reliably, letting me control my heating remotely. The build quality feels sturdy for the price. Customer service responded to my email query about compatibility within 24 hours.
